Hatch is currently sourcing for a Communications Manager (largely internal comms but with some external responsibilities too) to join a Law firm based in Manchester on an interim basis for 6 months.
The role will be to get involved with the development of a fit for purpose communications strategy with appropriate processes and procedures in place. You will be working alongside the wider marketing and BD team to ensure a joined up approach and your key stakeholders will include the senior leadership team and the Partners. The ability to influence these stakeholders to ensure adherence to the process and buy in to the strategy is key as is a willingness to get involved with the basics as well as more strategic elements. You will operate in a fairly autonomous environment and must be self motivated. This role is all about developing a function that does not currently operate as smoothly as is required and to some extent you will need to be flexible around the changing requirements of the moment.
The role is looking for someone to start on short notice and there is a high potential for this role to become permanent. It is essential that you have some degree of Professional Services sector experience and have experienced working in a partnership led culture.
The role is offering a competitive salary - pro rata to length of assignment. There is a potential to discuss a daily rate.
