A role that will allow an individual to influence the growth and development of this award winning law firm from both an internal strategic guidance and an external relationship perspective.
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in creating the relationships internally and externally which will allow them to turn leads into sales. You will review and understand your market and use that knowledge to advise and guide the Partners with regards to meeting their business objectives. You will be involved with creating events and meetings and then putting processes in place to ensure that follow ups and further actions are created to maximise the return on investment. The role will work closelyw ith the wider BD team as well as the marketing function as a whole. There is a dedicated Bid team but you will be expected to both assist them with preparing the larger, multi site/jurisdictional pitches as well as running your own bids from start to finish in more local circumstance.
