The reasons our clients use us on a retained basis are so they can take the time to get into the detail that will ultimately help us provide the most suitable candidates. This is often the most valuable part of the process as it means we have searched the market in detail and provided the very best people rather than representing the candidates we know now. We also handle feedback and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

Contingent:

Sometimes you just need to see options.

We can still add significant value to the recruitment process by presenting you with candidates who will have been met and interviewed by our team. All candidates are fully briefed on the opportunity and we always seek permission to represent them. We will act swiftly and professionally to provide you with a viable shortlist in the timeframes you need.

Interim:

We can help with short or long term projects; cover maternity, illness, secondments; or just help get you through a busy period.

There are occasions when you will need to find someone capable of coming into the organisation on short notice to cover maternity or illness, to work on a project, or to be a change agent. We have a network of experienced Interim managers with specialist skillsets who can add value from the outset.
